It functions effectively on both vertical and angled ropes and will lock even if the device is gripped during a fall. The unit is easy to install or remove at any point along the rope, supporting efficient workflow on site.

The ASAP can be used in combination with a compatible energy absorber to allow work positioning at a distance from the rope.
