Are all products brand new?

Most products are brand new. Some items may be shop-soiled, discontinued, clearance stock, or end-of-line products. Any significant condition issues will be clearly stated on the product page.

Why are your prices so competitive?

ARB Surplus specialises in surplus, clearance, and end-of-line stock, allowing us to offer genuine savings on arborist equipment and outdoor products.

Will an item be restocked if it sells out?

Not always. Many products are available in limited quantities, so once they are gone, they may not be available again.

Can I cancel my order?

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping may be available in the future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 11 am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Most UK Mainland deliveries arrive the next working day after dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Most orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos where possible, and we will work to resolve the issue quickly.
