The Petzl Ascension Hand Ascender - Right Hand is designed for efficient rope ascent, offering a secure and comfortable grip for controlled climbing. It supports smooth upward progression and is suitable for use in rope access and arborist systems.

The ergonomic overmoulded handle provides a strong and comfortable grip, even when used with gloves. The wide opening and upper grip area allow effective pulling with one or both hands. A toothed cam with a self-cleaning slot ensures reliable performance on dirty or frozen ropes, while the integrated safety catch helps reduce the risk of snagging during use.

The ascender features a wide lower attachment hole for connecting lanyards and footloops, along with an upper hole for additional carabiner attachment. Built from aluminium, stainless steel, and durable components, it is designed for consistent performance in demanding environments. It is compatible with ropes from 8 mm to 13 mm and certified to recognised safety standards.
