3M Peltor X2 Headband Ear Defenders are headband-style hearing protectors designed to reduce noise levels up to 31 dB in moderate noise environments. Featuring a modern slim cup profile and twin headband construction, they provide dependable attenuation while supporting comfort during extended wear in industrial and site settings.

The electrically insulated twin headband design helps decrease heat build-up on top of the head and offers dielectric protection with no exposed metal components. An internal stainless steel wire core coated in soft plastic provides strength and consistent pressure across the head for stable fit over an 8 hour period. Slim ABS plastic cups are rigid, high strength and impact resistant, while a thermoplastic polyurethane outer coating adds protection against abrasion and bumps. Wide, soft foam ear cushions enhance comfort, and moulded sliders allow simple on-head adjustment. The yellow colour coding makes it easy to identify the protection level within the X series range.
