The Petzl Pro Traxion Pulley (Older Version) is a high-efficiency progress capture pulley designed for hauling and load management systems. It allows rope installation while the pulley remains connected to the anchor, supporting efficient setup and operation in demanding environments.

Equipped with a large diameter aluminium sheave mounted on sealed ball bearings, the pulley delivers smooth operation and high efficiency when handling heavy loads. The side plate locks automatically under load to prevent accidental opening during use. A toothed cam with a self-cleaning slot ensures reliable performance on dirty or frozen ropes, while also allowing the device to function as a standard pulley when the cam is locked in the raised position.

The lower connection point enables the creation of a variety of hauling systems, offering flexibility across different applications. Constructed from aluminium, stainless steel, and nylon, the Pro Traxion is built for durability and consistent performance. It is compatible with ropes from 8 mm to 13 mm and meets recognised certification standards for professional use.
