The SIP Protection Arborist Type A Chainsaw Trousers - Grey are lightweight professional chainsaw trousers developed specifically for arborists working in the canopy and on the ground. Combining reduced weight with durable reinforcements, integrated gaiters, and excellent ventilation, they deliver outstanding comfort and mobility without compromising protection.

Constructed with a lightweight six-layer protective inlay containing Dyneema® fibres, the Arborist trousers reduce overall weight while maintaining dependable Class 1 Type A chainsaw protection. Pre-formed Armortex® Light knee reinforcements containing Kevlar® provide exceptional abrasion and tear resistance in high-wear areas, while waterproof anti-wicking fabric at the hem helps prevent moisture entering the protective layers. Ventilation zips positioned at the rear of the legs are designed not to interfere with a climbing harness, helping to keep you comfortable during demanding work.

Designed for professional arborists, the trousers feature integrated elasticated gaiters with metal lace hooks to keep sawdust and debris out of boots, an elasticated waistband with belt loops and suspender attachments, and multiple secure storage pockets including a waterproof smartphone pocket. Triple-stitched seams and a breathable Nylnet lining complete a durable, comfortable design for everyday tree work.
